As part of our expansion, were seeking a Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong skills in lead generation, digital marketing, and client engagement to accelerate our international business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and generate leads through LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), targeted email campaigns (CRM tools), cold calling (VOIP/Skype), and other digital channels. Email & LinkedIn Outreach: Plan and execute outreach sequences, respond to prospects, and build long-term professional connections. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Support global brand visibility by running targeted campaigns and coordinating with the marketing team. CRM & Database Management: Manage prospect/client database, ensure accurate data entry, perform quarterly data validation, and maintain pipeline hygiene. Competitor & Market Research: Track industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and submit insights on a quarterly basis. Client Engagement: Schedule meetings, follow up consistently, attend discovery/client calls, and represent Dharma-X with professionalism. Reporting & Documentation: Submit daily activity/call reports and prepare consolidated weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates. Operations & Admin Support: Assist in proposals, presentations, and cross-functional tasks. Compliance & Integrity: Adhere to confidentiality, non-disclosure policies, and company rules (no freelancing or moonlighting). Innovation: Suggest new strategies, tools, or ideas for improving lead generation, conversion, and business growth. Skills & Qualifications 12 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Minimum 1 year of experience working with international markets (USA/Europe/Australia/New Zealand). Preferred experience of using tools including AI tool for data mining, email validation, email campaigning etc Proven track record in: LinkedIn lead generation and outreach campaigns Email marketing & CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce preferred) Cold calling & objection handling Database management & data mining Hands on knowledge of digital marketing/SEO/social media outreach. Strong prospecting, research, and reporting skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote, performance-focused environment. Active follow ups must be done. 3 hours cold calling – 40 - 50 calls daily 1 hour LinkedIn + Social Media + Digital marketing initiatives E-mail campaigns to be run the first half of the day of specific countries Invest 1 hour daily from personal time for new skill development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Branding etc. This is just to provide you a fair idea on the daily routine to be followed and it will be changed as per the business demands time to time on the regularly basis.
