Job Description

As a Captive Business Development (Property Acquisition) professional with 6-9 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving growth within the captive business segment. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategies to grow captive business opportunities and revenue channels. - Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify emerging opportunities and growth areas. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, franchise owners, and industry partners to ensure business alignment and profitability. - Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with corporations, malls, and other potential collaborators. - Collaborating with internal teams to design and deliver tailored offerings for captive market segments. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to optimize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships. - Working closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and delivery excellence. - Monitoring and evaluating captive business performance, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of targets. - Overseeing a portfolio of key captive clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and account growth. - Engaging regularly with corporate partners to understand their requirements and provide strategic, customized solutions. - Tracking performance metrics, preparing business performance reports, and sharing insights with senior management. - Forecasting revenue and providing inputs for strategic planning and budgeting. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Corporate Sales, preferably within F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors. - Proven experience in managing B2B partnerships and driving captive business growth. - Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. - Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders for execution excellence. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.,
