Position: Business Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Consultant to help clients improve operations, boost performance, and achieve strategic goals. This role involves assessing business processes, developing strategies, and implementing plans for measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess business needs and opportunities.
• Analyze financials, budgets, and workflows; craft actionable improvement plans.
• Develop business plans and long/short‑term strategies.
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities or new revenue streams.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and educational support.
• Monitor metrics and report on key performance indicators.
• Advise on vendor/supplier selection, process optimization, and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging clients and stakeholders
• Project management skills and proficiency with business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, analytics platforms

Preferred Skills

• Industry specialization (e.g., manufacturing, tech, supply chain)
• Expertise in change management and operational optimization
• Ability to lead workshops and mentor client teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
