Battery Management Systems Engineer

We are looking for a passionate Electronics Engineer experienced in Battery Management System (BMS) design for lithium-ion and other rechargeable battery chemistries. The ideal candidate should understand battery behavior at the electrical and circuit level, capable of designing protection, monitoring, and communication systems for advanced battery applications..

Key Responsibilities

1. Design BMS hardware for Li-ion, LFP & multi-series packs

2. Circuit design, schematics, component selection & PCB review

3. Battery protection, sensing & balancing circuits

4. Work with interfaces like CAN, SMBus, I2C, UART

5. Validate, test & troubleshoot BMS hardware

6. Collaborate with firmware for system integration

Required Skills

1. BE/BTech/ME in Electronics/Electrical

2. Strong BMS or power-electronics experience

3. Hands-on with Altium/KiCad/OrCAD & lab instruments

4. Knowledge of TI/ADI/Renesas BMS ICs

5. Familiarity with MOSFETs, current sense amplifiers, ADCs, and battery fuel gauge ICs

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience with cell modeling or simulation tools (LTspice, Simulink).

Background in automotive or industrial battery systems.

Familiarity with ISO 26262, AEC-Q100 standards, or safety-critical designs.

Knowledge of firmware-level interactions for BMS parameter tuning
