Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Battery Management Systems (BMS) Engineer based in Hyderabad. The BMS Engineer will design, develop, and implement battery management systems for electric motorcycles. Responsibilities include ensuring optimal battery performance, analyzing electrical systems, developing embedded software solutions, and improving system safety and efficiency. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with design and engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Experience in Battery Management Systems and a strong understanding of battery technology. Proficiency in Electrical Engineering concepts with hands-on knowledge of battery integration and electrical systems. Skills in Software Development and Embedded Software, including programming for hardware systems and real-time applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in system diagnostics and performance optimization. Familiarity with safety standards, testing frameworks, and energy storage systems is a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
