Bartender – Yellowstone Resort Arambol, Goa

Job Description:

The Bartender is responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, serving beverages with professionalism, and delivering a refined bar experience that reflects the premium standards of Yellowstone Resort Arambol. The role ensures guest satisfaction through quality drinks, engaging service, and immaculate bar upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Interact with guests in a warm, professional manner and recommend drinks when requested.
• Ensure accurate billing and smooth coordination with the service team.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages to the Bar Manager/Supervisor.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures, including responsible alcohol service.
• Ensure glassware cleanliness, bar equipment maintenance, and overall bar presentation.
• Uphold Yellowstone Resort’s premium service standards consistently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or high-end bar preferred.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Strong guest interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask during busy hours while maintaining quality.
• Positive attitude, grooming, and a service-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
