Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner and take drink orders efficiently. Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and upsell premium beverages. Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow all safety & legal regulations. Manage inventory: track stock levels, request replenishments, and handle daily bar checks. Set up and close down the bar, including cleaning, restocking, and cash handling. Collaborate with the service team and kitchen to ensure smooth operations. Maintain garnishes, glassware, mixers, and bar tools. Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, bar, or lounge. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a passion for guest service. Basic math and POS handling skills. Certification in bartending or mixology (preferred but not required).
