Bartender

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. The ideal candidate will be able to create classic and innovative drinks, maintain a clean and organized bar, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations when requested
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Check identification to verify customers' legal drinking age
• Keep track of inventory and notify the Bar Manager of low stock
• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately
• Follow all food and beverage hygiene and safety regulations
• Cooperate with other staff and managers to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor customer behavior and act responsibly to prevent overconsumption

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Bartender
• Knowledge of a wide range of drinks and mixology techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and busy shifts
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Positive attitude and a team player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bartending or hospitality (optional)
• Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or high-volume bars
