Bartender

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, managing bar inventory, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities / Job Role:

• Prepare and Serve Drinks: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Customer Service: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, take drink orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Cash and Payment Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
• Inventory Management: Monitor bar stock levels, replenish supplies, and assist in inventory control.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked; wash glassware and maintain hygiene standards.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff (servers, kitchen, management) to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle any disruptive behavior or disputes calmly and professionally, seeking assistance when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of drink recipes, bar tools, and alcohol regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bartending certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
