Job Title: Barista & Café Manager

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Barista & Café Manager to manage a small café inside our store. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee and customer service, have basic culinary skills, and be able to handle the daily operations of the café efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:☕ Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve various types of coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, iced coffee, etc.)
• Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality in every drink served
• Handle coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently
• Food Preparation
• Prepare and serve light meals and snacks such as sandwiches, salads, pasta, wraps, and bakery items
• Maintain hygiene and follow basic kitchen safety and food handling standards
• Assist in developing a simple, appealing café menu with seasonal specials

Operations & Management

• Manage daily café operations, including opening, closing, and inventory control
• Ensure timely refilling of stock and supplies (coffee beans, milk, ingredients, disposables, etc.)
• Maintain the cleanliness and ambience of café area at all times
• Handle cash, billing, and POS system efficiently

Customer Service

• Greet and interact warmly with customers to create a welcoming experience
• Take and serve orders promptly and professionally
• Handle customer feedback positively and resolve minor issues independently

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with store management for café promotions, events, and collaborations
• Keep track of sales, wastage, and daily performance reports
• Train or supervise café assistants (if any)

Skills & Attributes:

• Knowledge of coffee brewing and basic culinary techniques
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
• Basic knowledge of café hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Added Advantage:

• Certification or training as a Barista or in Food & Beverage Service
• Experience working in a boutique café or retail café setup

Store Manager / Owner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
