Barista/All Rounder

A barista's job involves warmly serving customers, preparing and serving various hot/cold coffee & tea drinks, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, organized work area with equipment like espresso machines, ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient cafe operations through multitasking and adherence to hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders accurately, answer questions, build rapport with regulars, and process payments (cash/card).
• Beverage Preparation: Brew coffee, steam milk, operate espresso machines, and create specialty drinks, often with latte art, following recipes.
• Food Service: Prepare and serve pastries, sandwiches, and other food items.
• Cleanliness & Stocking: Maintain clean workstations, machines, and seating areas; restock supplies like cups, beans, syrups, and lids; and perform opening/closing duties.
• Equipment Management: Operate and clean coffee makers, grinders, and POS systems.
• Inventory: Monitor stock levels and help with ordering supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
