Job Description: Barista

Location: Vasant Vihar, Delhi
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 + Service Charge + Food on Duty
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of coffee preparation, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffees, teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks.
Understand and follow standard recipes and beverage preparation techniques.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista counter and equipment.
Take customer orders, process billing, and handle cash/card payments.
Ensure timely service and a pleasant customer experience.
Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines).
Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista (QSR, café, or restaurant).
Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages, brewing methods, and coffee beans.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of POS and billing.
Flexible with shift timings.
