Role Description

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards.
Operate brewing equipment, grinders, and POS systems efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and seating.
Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and handling cash transactions.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a barista or in food & beverage service preferred (training can be provided).
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, café equipment, and beverage preparation.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
