Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, engaging with customers, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include making and serving espresso beverages, cold beverages, and food items while adhering to Starbucks' quality standards. The Barista will also assist in inventory management and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Barista and Food Preparation skills
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
