Role Description

This is a part l-time, on-site Barista role located in Lucknow. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of Starbucks beverages and food items while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service. Your day-to-day tasks include taking customer orders, providing recommendations, ensuring cleanliness of the workstations, and delivering an exceptional Starbucks Experience. You will foster a welcoming environment for customers while contributing to store operations and efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Customer service and Barista skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality beverages and food
Experience or interest in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in a food-handling environment
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in a retail or hospitality environment is a plus
