As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused environment at our caf. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso drinks, teas, etc.) - Operate coffee machines and equipment such as espresso machine, grinders, and brewers - Maintain knowledge of the caf menu and make recommendations to customers - Ensure quality control and consistency in beverage preparation - Handle customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf, workstations, and equipment - Restock ingredients and supplies as needed - Comply with food safety and hygiene standards - Support team members in daily operations and opening/closing tasks Qualifications & Skills: - Previous barista or caf experience preferred but not required - Passion for coffee and customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and a strong work ethic - Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Basic math and cash handling skills You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service.
