Barista

Job Title:  Barista Location: Café De Rois Reports to: Café Manager / Supervisor Job Summary As a Barista at Café De Rois, you will be the face of our café, delivering high-quality coffee, beverages, and customer service. You will prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to café standards. Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment. Provide excellent customer service with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter, service area, and seating area. Handle cash, billing, and POS system transactions responsibly. Stock and replenish inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café supplies. Follow health, safety, and food handling guidelines. Support team members and assist in daily café operations. Qualifications & Skills Previous barista or café experience preferred, but training will be provided. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for coffee, beverages, and hospitality. Team player with a positive attitude. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
