Barista

As a Barista at Epic Poetry Cafe, SLV Coffee Pvt Ltd, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating top-notch beverages. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks, managing customer transactions, and upholding a clean and organized work environment. Your primary duties will involve brewing and serving an array of coffee and tea beverages such as espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews by following standardized recipes and techniques. Additionally, you will be expected to warmly greet customers, accurately take their orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, and showcase the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience of at least 1 year in a similar position is essential to be considered for this role. In addition to beverage preparation and customer service, you will be responsible for managing stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies. Maintaining cleanliness and organization at your work station, as well as adhering to safety standards and regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices, are crucial aspects of this position. This is a Full-time or Part-time, Permanent position with fixed or rotational shifts. As part of the benefits package, food will be provided, and you will have access to paid sick time.
