Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following - ● Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, smoothies and mocktails according to company recipes and standards. ● Prepare and serve a variety of food and desserts, including sandwiches, viennoiserie, savories and bakes according to company recipes and standards. ● Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, high speed over and other equipment safely and efficiently. ● Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages and food by following proper preparation techniques and recipes. ● Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and serving areas regularly. ● Welcomes and greets every customer. ● Demonstrates the "Just Say Yes" behaviour by taking care of customer needs. ● Responds to customer needs and says thank you to every customer. ● Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and employees. ● Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment and facilities. ● Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of HumbleBean Hospitality.
