Core Responsibilities Beverage Preparation: Skillfully make and serve various coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages, following company recipes and standards.  Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.  Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure a positive and satisfying experience.  Order & Payment Processing: Use the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately take orders and complete transactions.  Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area and seating area, adhering to health and safety regulations.  Inventory Management: Monitor supplies, restock items such as beans, cups, and syrups, and assist with opening/closing tasks.  Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
