Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in GOA for a Bar Executive. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality and service standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and implementing effective hiring practices. The Restaurant Manager will also work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain excellence in food and beverage quality, as well as foster a welcoming dining atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Expertise in Hiring and staff management to support and build a dedicated and professional team.
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage to maintain quality and innovation in offerings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in restaurant management or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
