About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented BA/PM with a strong Healthcare background to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead and manage software development projects for our clients in the healthcare industry. You will serve as the bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate is someone with a hands-on background Business Analyst in Healthcare who has transitioned into project or delivery management. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, and bring a strong sense of ownership to your work.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects from inception to delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and client teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables
• Identify project risks and dependencies, and proactively work on mitigation strategies
• Take responsibility for the project delivery schedule, making certain that all projects are completed on time and meet the defined scope.
• Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on project status, updates, and escalations
• Track project KPIs and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously improve processes for delivery efficiency and quality

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of total experience, including 2+ years in project/delivery management roles
• Prior Experience as Business Analyst
• Prior experience in Healthcare Domain
• Hands-on experience working with patient portals, EMR systems, and HIPAA compliance
• Proven success in managing Agile software projects end-to-end
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience working with US-based or global clients, especially in the healthcare domain
• Certifications like PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP
