About the Role

What Youll Do

• Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects from inception to delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and client teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables
• Identify project risks and dependencies, and proactively work on mitigation strategies
• Own the delivery timeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on project status, updates, and escalations
• Track project KPIs and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously improve processes for delivery efficiency and quality

What We’re Looking For

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis/Project Management in the US Healthcare domain.

• Strong understanding of EMR/EHR systems (Electronic Medical Records) and their applications in healthcare settings.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and JIRA; ability to work effectively in an iterative environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR), electronic health record (EHR), or similar technologies.r’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
• Certifications like PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP
