Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Supervisor, located in Jaipur. The Banquet Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of banquet events including setup, service, and breakdown. Responsibilities include ensuring food service is of the highest quality, managing team members, coordinating with clients for event details, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves training staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Strong banquet Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage team members
Proficiency in Food Service
Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Effective Communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Previous experience in luxury hotels banquet is preferred
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
