Core responsibilities

• Event management: Oversee all phases of banquet functions, including setup, execution, and cleanup, ensuring they align with client and company standards.
• Staff supervision: Train, schedule, and supervise banquet staff (e.g., servers, bartenders), providing direction and feedback to ensure high performance.
• Guest services: Greet guests, respond to inquiries and issues, and ensure client needs and satisfaction levels are met throughout the event.
• Logistics and coordination: Coordinate with other departments, such as culinary and housekeeping, to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Operational oversight: Manage the setup of tables, chairs, and equipment, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for banquet areas.
• Quality control: Ensure food and beverage service quality meets established standards, and monitor the overall flow of the event.
• Administrative tasks: Assist with inventory management, prepare reports, and help with payroll and other administrative duties.

• Organizational skills: Excellent ability to plan, organize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as banquet events often occur outside of standard business hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
