Banquet Supervisor

We are looking for a Banquet Supervisor to join our hospitality team and oversee the execution of banquet events. The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for coordinating staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a smooth flow of operations during events such as weddings, conferences, corporate meetings, and other special gatherings. The Banquet Supervisor will work closely with the kitchen, service staff, and event planners to ensure that all aspects of the event meet or exceed client expectations. Responsibilities include supervising the setup and breakdown of event spaces, managing staff schedules, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Banquet Supervisor must be able to anticipate potential issues, resolve conflicts quickly, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, as most events occur outside of regular business hours. • Supervise banquet staff during setup, service, and breakdown.
• Coordinate with kitchen and event planners for seamless execution.
• Ensure all event spaces are properly arranged and maintained.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training as needed.
• Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Prepare event reports and communicate feedback to management.
• Manage staff schedules and delegate tasks effectively.
• Oversee the flow of service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
