Banquet Sales Coordinator

The Banquet Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and coordination of banquet and event services. This role ensures a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up by facilitating communication between the client and internal departments. The coordinator helps plan, sell, and execute private and corporate events while maintaining high levels of service and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to banquet and event inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in
• Assist with creating and sending proposals, contracts, BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), and invoices
• Maintain and update event bookings in the sales system or CRM
• Coordinate with kitchen, catering, AV, and operations teams to ensure accurate execution of event details
• Support on-site event execution when needed, including client liaison and logistics
• Schedule and conduct site tours and assist with menu and package selections
• Track deposits, payments, and contract deadlines
• Prepare event reports and post-event follow-ups to gather feedback
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local event regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or banquet sales
• Knowledge of banquet operations, catering menus, and event logistic
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
