About Us:

Ileseum Clubs is a leading hospitality management company known for its expertise in managing premium residential and commercial clubs and banquets. At our Dosti West County project in Thane, we operate a commercial banquet space catering to a wide variety of events, including weddings, social gatherings, and corporate functions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Banquet Manager to lead the sales and operations of our commercial banquet facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banquet sales, a proactive approach to lead generation, and a commitment to achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, wedding coordinators, corporates, and other potential clients.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the banquet facilities and offerings.

Client Management

  • Manage end-to-end event bookings – from initial enquiry to event execution.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions within budget.
  • Ensure timely and professional follow-ups for closures and feedback.

Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, housekeeping, security, operations) to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Create and manage monthly sales and marketing plans.
  • Maintain an updated calendar of bookings and track inquiries and conversions.

Operations Oversight

  • Ensure readiness of banquet spaces before every event.
  • Monitor event setup, vendor coordination, and client satisfaction on event day.
  • Handle any guest concerns or escalations promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banquet sales or event management, preferably in a commercial or hospitality setup.
  • Strong network and ability to generate leads from the local market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as per event schedules.
  • Graduate degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related fields preferred.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
