Job Summary:

Bankruptcy Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Client Advisory & Consultation

Advise clients on bankruptcy, insolvency, and debt restructuring options.
Conduct detailed financial analysis of distressed companies or individuals.

Financial Analysis & Risk Assessment

Analyze balance sheets, cash flow statements, and income statements to assess solvency.
Evaluate debt structures, collateral, and creditor claims.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) / applicable laws and regulations
.
Liaise with legal teams, regulators, and financial institutions during bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings.

Market & Industry Analysis

Monitor market trends, sector-specific risks, and financial distress indicators.
Provide insights to clients or management on emerging risks, potential insolvencies, and recovery opportunities.

Key Skills:

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
In-depth knowledge of
bankruptcy laws, insolvency regulations, and corporate finance
.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
