You should have:

• Deep experience in

  regulated banking environments

• Hands-on expertise with

  ServiceNow (ITSM / HRSD / CSM)

• Understanding of compliance, risk, audit trails, and secure data-handling in financial institutions
• Ability to validate complex workflows across IT, HR, security, and enterprise systems
