Job Description:

Shreesatya Group Private Limited is looking for a Banking Executive for its Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day banking operations and coordinating with banks and internal departments. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant exposure strictly from the Banking Sector or Steel / Manufacturing Industry. Applications from other industries will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day banking transactions including NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, cheques, payments, receipts, and fund transfers
• Coordination with banks for account operations, documentation, and compliance
• Preparing and maintaining Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Monitoring cash flow and fund requirements for Head Office and plant locations
• Processing salary payments, vendor payments, and statutory payments
• Maintaining records of bank transactions, cheques, and online banking activities
• Coordinating with Accounts, Finance, and Management for approvals
• Handling loan documentation, bank guarantees, and LC-related work (if applicable)
• Maintaining proper filing and audit-ready banking records
• Supporting statutory and internal audits

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in banking or finance operations
• Knowledge of banking procedures and documentation
• Experience in Tally / ERP / MS Excel
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential data
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Male candidate preferred

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
