As a Banker-Customer Experience in Retail Banking at the designated branch, your role is to provide best-in-class customer service and efficient customer engagement with a focus on client engagement, customer service, operations, liability build-up, and cross sales. Your responsibilities include: - Engaging with customers daily to build up Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), Term Deposits (TD), and cross-selling assets and wealth products - Achieving assigned business targets as per the performance scorecard - Offering need-based product solutions to clients and aligning their requirements with business specifics - Assessing customer propensity and increasing product penetration per relationship - Generating more business from existing customers through references - Resolving all customer queries and complaints promptly with a customer-focused approach - Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies such as Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Data & Information security - Assisting in the closure of audit report observations In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also: - Perform audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines - Provide exceptional customer service to establish the bank as the preferred banking partner for customers Key Success Metrics for your role include CA, SA, TD build-up, share of customer wallet, product cross-sell targets, and performance scorecard.
