Banker-Authorizer II Pipeline

As a Bank Authorizer in the Retail Banking department, your main role is to provide exceptional customer service and to establish strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with customers on a daily basis to build up Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), and Term Deposits (TD), as well as cross-selling Asset & Wealth products - Meeting business targets as per the performance scorecard - Offering need-based product solutions to clients and aligning their requirements with business offerings - Assessing customer needs and increasing product penetration per relationship - Generating more business from existing customers through referrals - Resolving queries and complaints quickly and efficiently with a customer-focused approach - Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies such as Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Data & Information security - Assisting in resolving audit observations - Managing client relationships and providing customer services related to retail banking operations In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to: - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines - Strive to provide the best possible customer service to make the bank the preferred banking partner for clients Key Success Metrics for this role will include CA/SA/TD build up, Share of customer wallet, Product Cross Sell targets, and Performance scorecard. Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline - Post Graduate in any discipline Experience: - Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business - Industry experience in BFSI - Functional Area expertise in Retail Liabilities Please note that the job requires a strong background in banking and customer service, as well as a thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the BFSI sector.
