Banker-Authorizer

You will play a crucial role as a Bank Authorizer in Retail Banking at our branches across India. Your main responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, aiming to be their preferred banking partner by engaging with them efficiently and cost-effectively. Your tasks will include client engagement, customer service, operations, liability build-up, cross-selling, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with customers daily to build up Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), and Term Deposits (TD), as well as cross-sell assets and wealth products - Meet assigned business targets based on performance scorecard - Provide personalized product solutions based on customer needs, aligning them with business objectives - Assess customer propensity and enhance product penetration per relationship - Solicit more business from existing customers - Resolve queries and complaints promptly with a customer-focused approach - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies such as Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and data security - Support in addressing audit report observations - Manage client relationships and provide customer services for retail banking operations **Secondary Responsibilities:** - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations - Deliver exceptional customer service to establish the bank as the preferred partner **Key Success Metrics:** - Build up CA/SA/TD accounts - Increase share of customer wallet - Achieve product cross-sell targets - Meet performance scorecard objectives **Qualifications:** - Graduation in any discipline - Post-graduation in any discipline **Experience:** - Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in Banking or allied industries - Industry experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) - Functional expertise in Retail Liabilities Your dedication and expertise will contribute significantly to our goal of becoming the customers" preferred banking partner through exceptional service and efficient operations.,
