We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Bancassurance Manager to join our Banca Channel sales team in Bangalore . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through bank branches, building strong relationships with bank staff, and ensuring achievement of business targets. This is a key sales role focused on selling life insurance products through partner bank branches. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strong relationships with bank branch staff and management. Drive life insurance sales through the banks customer base and walk-ins. Provide training and support to bank staff to enhance their understanding of life insurance products. Generate leads from bank walk-ins and provide product solutions to meet customer needs. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
