Role Overview

You’ll be Unidoc’s face to hospitals and clinics across Gujarat. Using your medical background and strong communication skills, you’ll run product demos, translate clinical value, generate & convert leads, and ensure smooth onboarding with our tech team. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to learn directly from our team of MD doctors and grow your healthtech expertise, focusing on clinical workflow integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit hospitals/clinics/diagnostic centers to introduce and demonstrate Unidoc (EHR & IPD modules).
  • Speak the clinician’s language: clearly explain clinical workflows, NABH alignment, and ABHA onboarding.
  • Build and own a pipeline: prospect, schedule demos, maintain CRM, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for installation, training, go-live, and first-week handholding.
  • Capture field feedback to help product improve adoption and usability.
  • Represent Unidoc at local medical events and hospital meetings.
  • Maintain structured follow-ups, demo notes, and weekly activity/target reports.

Qualifications

  • Education: BAMS / BHMS (BPT/MBBS or Hospital Admin background also considered).
  • Experience:
  • 1 year mandatory in hospital/clinical/marketing roles OR
  • 2+ years preferred in relevant roles (health-tech/pharma/hospital IS).
  • Languages: Fluent Gujarati + English (Hindi a plus).
  • Mobility: Two-wheeler & willingness to travel across Gujarat.

Skills & Traits

  • Executive presence with excellent presentation & demo skills.
  • Strong clinical understanding with a consultative selling approach.
  • Sharp, agile, and target-oriented; comfortable with field ops and cold visits.
  • Confident with senior doctors, owners, and admins; empathetic & persistent.
  • Basic tech comfort (EHR concepts, WhatsApp/email, Google Sheets/Docs, CRM).

Note: We evaluate candidates based on skills, professionalism, and client-facing presence. We do not consider factors like height or physical appearance.Compensation

₹40,000 – ₹80,000 /per month (based on experience) + performance incentives per hospital onboarded.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus)

  • Prior work with EHR/HIS/LIS/RIS or NABH documentation exposure.
  • Experience in ABHA/ABDM workflows or hospital onboarding.
  • Existing doctor network in Ahmedabad + Tier-2/3 Gujarat.
