Job Description

About Us:
Flax is a leading healthy food brand, offering superbowls, salads, sandwiches, wraps, guilt-free desserts, and more through our cloud kitchen model. We are looking for a skilled Bakery Chef to join our central kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop bakery & dessert items as per brand standards.
Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation in all bakery products.
Innovate and contribute new healthy dessert recipes aligned with the brand.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards in the bakery section.
Monitor ingredient usage, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
Support production planning and ensure timely dispatch of orders to outlets.
Train and guide junior staff in bakery operations.

Requirements:

3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Bakery CDP or DCDP.
Strong knowledge of bakery techniques, desserts, and healthy alternatives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced central kitchen setup.
Good team player with leadership and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
