About Us

FLAX is a fast-growing healthy food brand operating cloud kitchens and outlets. We specialize in salads, wraps, superbowls, sandwiches, and guilt-free desserts – delivered fresh and with care. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Store Keeper (Dry Stores) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day dry store operations.
• Raise purchase orders (POs) and coordinate daily material ordering.
• Ensure timely transfer of raw materials to outlets and central kitchen.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate dispatch of materials and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and FIFO standards in store management.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in food, QSR, or hospitality sector.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, disciplined, and proactive approach.
