Role Overview:
We are looking for Commis Chefs for Central Kitchen (prep & cooking) or Outlets (assembly & service). Candidates will be assigned based on skills and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Central Kitchen: Prep, cut, marinate, cook, portion ingredients; maintain hygiene, quality, and storage standards; follow recipes and minimize wastage.
Outlet: Assemble and plate menu items accurately; maintain mise-en-place; ensure hygiene, portion control, and timely service.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years experience in QSR/restaurant/cloud kitchen (freshers welcome).
• Basic knowledge of food handling, preparation, or plating.
• Hygiene and food safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
