Description

We are seeking an experienced Bakery Chef for our hot section to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of various baking techniques. You will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that meet our customers expectations.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Develop new recipes and improve existing ones to enhance product offerings.
Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are aesthetically pleasing.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed for baking operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and adhere to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate baking schedules and serve timely products.

Skills and Qualifications

3-13 years of experience in a bakery or culinary environment.
Proficient in various baking techniques and methods.
Strong knowledge of ingredients and their functionalities in baking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity in presenting baked goods.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
