Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present a variety of high-quality baked goods, pastries, and desserts.
  • Design and develop new pastry recipes and seasonal dessert menus.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of pastry items.
  • Manage inventory, order ingredients, and ensure proper storage.
  • Oversee the pastry section's day-to-day operations, including prep work and execution.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in pastry techniques and standards.
  • Monitor and minimize waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry equipment, and ingredient combinations.
  • Creativity in recipe development and dessert presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
