Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Assurance Implement and monitor quality systems (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP). Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Develop and maintain SOPs for quality and hygiene practices. Ensure compliance with food safety and legal standards. Production Management Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily targets. Optimize processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal wastage. Manage equipment usage, preventive maintenance, and hygiene protocols. Oversee workforce performance, training, and adherence to safety practices. Research & Development Support in developing and improving innovative nut-based products. Standardize recipes for consistency in taste, nutrition, and shelf life. Conduct shelf-life studies and packaging trials. Documentation & Reporting Maintain production and quality control records. Prepare reports on deviations, corrective actions, and improvements.
