Production & Baking Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and specialty items as per Aubree’s standard recipes and SOPs. Measure and mix ingredients accurately to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance. Operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in the creation of new flavors, concepts, and seasonal bakery items. Quality & Standards Maintain Aubree’s quality guidelines for all baked products. Conduct visual and taste checks to ensure every product meets the brand’s premium standards. Follow food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation procedures. Inventory & Material Handling Monitor daily ingredient usage and report stock levels to the inventory team. Ensure proper storage of raw materials (dry, frozen, fresh). Minimize wastage through careful planning and efficient batch production. Teamwork & Coordination Work closely with the frosting, finishing, and packaging teams for smooth production flow. Support team members during peak hours or large-order schedules. Communicate effectively with the production head about operational issues. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Baking Chef, Commis Baker, Pastry Cook, or similar role. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment handling, and ingredient science. Ability to follow recipes accurately and replicate products consistently. Creativity for new product development is a plus. Good time management and ability to work under pressure. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene guidelines (FSSAI preferred).
