Job Description

You will be responsible for selling life insurance through banca channels or cross-selling life insurance in a bank. Your key focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with bank partners and customers. To succeed in this role, you must have a good understanding of life insurance products and the sales process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting product presentations and training sessions for bank staff and customers, identifying customer needs, recommending suitable life insurance products, managing customer queries and concerns, and maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
