Job Title: Backend Support Executive / Backend Hardware Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide backend operational support for laptops, desktops, printers, and IT systems.
• Handle system configuration, installation, and basic troubleshooting of hardware devices.
• Coordinate with the front-end/service team for device deployment, replacement, and issue resolution.
• Maintain records of hardware inventory, service logs, warranty details, and AMC tracking.
• Assist in diagnosing hardware issues and escalating complex problems to senior engineers or vendors.
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper cabling, peripheral connections, and device setup.
• Support OS installation, drivers, basic software installation, and system formatting.
• Follow company SOPs, documentation standards, and asset management processes.
• Ensure data safety and proper handling of customer or company systems.

Required Skills:

• Basic to good knowledge of laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, and system configurations.
• Familiarity with printer setup, troubleshooting, and consumables handling.
• Ability to identify and resolve common hardware issues.
• Good documentation and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn new hardware technologies and tools.
• Team player with problem-solving mindset.

Education:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
