Job Description  We are hiring a Backend Operations Executive to handle daily office operations for our Oil & Pulses trading business. The role includes billing, purchase/sales coordination, stock updates, logistics follow-ups, data entry, and documentation. Candidate must be organised, responsible, and good with Excel/Tally. Key Responsibilities Purchase & sales order coordination Follow-up with suppliers, customers & transporters Prepare invoices, challans, e-way bills Stock update & inventory entry Daily data entry in Excel/Tally Maintain documents & MIS reports Support logistics dispatch & delivery tracking Basic admin & office coordination Skills Needed Good communication (Hindi/English) Strong Excel & documentation Tally/ERP knowledge (added advantage) Fast learner & responsible Qualification SSC / HSC / Graduate Freshers can apply Salary ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on skills)
