Backend Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update WhatsApp chatbot messages, leads, and customer responses.
• Prepare and maintain Marketing MIS reports (sales leads, campaign performance, customer feedback, etc.).
• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and follow-up status.
• Support digital marketing activities like sending promotional messages, product updates, and offers.
• Assist in monthly and weekly marketing performance reports.
• Help in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Support backend documentation and internal communication needs.
• Coordinate with design or content teams for WhatsApp or social media creatives.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good written and verbal communication in English and Malayalam (preferred)
• Strong in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with CRM tools or data entry systems.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or WhatsApp Business API handling.
• Team coordination and time management skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Experience: 1–3 years in marketing backend, sales coordination, or office-based customer support (preferably in Paints, FMCG, or Building Materials industry)

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Timely response rate to customer queries
• Accuracy and punctuality in MIS report submission
• Quality of marketing data maintenance
• Support efficiency to sales and marketing team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
