Depot In-charge (Malappuram)

Key responsibilities :

Accounts & Collections

• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and collections.
• Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding payments.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on financial transactions.

Transportation & Logistics

• Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor vehicle movement, fuel usage, and trip efficiency.
• Liaise with transporters/drivers for smooth operations.

Warehouse Management

• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain proper stock records and ensure timely stock audits.
• Ensure proper stacking, safety, and hygiene inside the warehouse.

General Depot Administration

• Supervise depot staff and ensure discipline.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Act as the point of contact between depot and head office.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Logistics/Business Administration preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in depot/warehouse/logistics/accounts.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
