Title - Backend Executive( Logistics)

Location- Mohali, Punjab

Salary: Upto 30k CTC

Timings : 5:30pm to 2:30am

Working Days : 5 days working (Sat & sun off).

Benefits : Meal provided & cab provided (pick & Drop).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle backend documentation and operational tasks related to logistics.
• Shipment & Delivery Coordination – Track and coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups with vendors and clients.
• Compliance & Safety- with with up-to-date paperwork for all drivers and ensure with all Document verification.
• Documentation Management – Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, bills of lading, and other logistics documents.
• Vendor & Client Communication – Liaise with transporters, warehouse staff, and clients for updates and issue resolution.
• Draft and manage - professional emails and correspondence.
• Coordination- with internal teams and clients to ensure timely updates.
• Reporting & Record Keeping – Maintain reports for shipments, inventory, and other operational metrics.
• Support Management – Assist senior management with operational planning and logistics strategy.
• Problem Solving – Address shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
• Order Processing – Ensure timely processing of orders and update the internal systems accurately.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong email writing and professional correspondence ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience in backend/operations/logistics (freshers can apply).

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

In hand: ₹16,000 - ₹26000 (depends upon interview).
