We are building scalable, intelligent backend systems that power retail operations, sales tracking, and customer engagement for 100+ stores. Our backend manages high data volumes through event-driven architecture and real-time processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using GoLang, Python, and PHP (Laravel).
• Work on event-driven, queue-based workflows with Kafka, Redis, and Zookeeper.
• Build and optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Docker and automate testing/deployment.
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to develop robust APIs.
• Own services end-to-end — design, build, monitor, and scale.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong in

  GoLang

  , with working knowledge of

  Python

  and

  PHP (Laravel)

  .
• Experience with

  PostgreSQL

  , SQL optimization, Kafka, Redis, and Zookeeper.
• Knowledge of

  Docker

  and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience building scalable, reliable systems.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience with POS systems, e-commerce, or CRM integration.
• Familiarity with distributed tracing and performance optimization.
